both our customers and visitors. We respect everyone's personal identity and
hold any information provided to us in confidence. As evidence of our
commitment to our users' privacy, we have disclosed our information

Information Collection
Walch Printing is the sole owner of the information collected on
www.walchprinting.com. This includes information pertaining to users' browsers,
operating systems, and browsing paths through the web site, which is used
strictly for improving your web site experience.
Contact Forms
When contacting Walch, we ask for basic contact information about
the company or person contacting us. For quote requests, we collect contact
information strictly for the purpose of sending you a quote, specific
information connected to that quote, and to contact
you regarding any questions or concerns with your quote and/or order.
Cookies
Our electronic store uses files called cookies while you visit. Our
store cookies, hosted at and created for www.walchprinting.com, are used to store
your order information through the order process. Additionally, we
implement cookies to track other behavior on our site. At no point is any
personally-identifiable information used in conjunction with these cookies,
with the exclusion of the checkout process. Our store's functionality may be
limited if you have cookies disabled.
Information Use
The information gathered on www.walchprinting.com is very basic in nature. We may
make our customer list available to a few carefully screened companies. We
understand if you prefer we not make your name available to others, and if
you would prefer this, simply e-mail or mail your name and address as it
appears on the back of your catalog (if applicable) to
customer_service@walch.com and specify that you do not wish your information
to be made available to others. Additionally, we view information about our
visitors by viewing our log files, as described below.
Log Files
Like most standard Web sites we use information from log files. This
includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type and version,
internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type,
date/time stamp, and number of clicks. We use this information to analyze
trends, administer the site, track users' movement in the aggregate, and to
gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP
addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We
use a tracking and site statistics utility called AWStats that uses log
files to analyze viewing trends. We do not create individual profiles
for visitors and only collect aggregate data. We do not collect personal
data, email addresses, credit card numbers, or other private information
about individual users who access our website unless in connection with a quote or order.
Communications from the Site
Upon request, we send users information required to access certain portions
of our website. In addition, we will contact users who use various forms to
request additional information about Walch Printing.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to
this privacy statement and other places we deem appropriate so our users are
always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what
circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
